Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To qualify, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Be free from perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks
Have all original tags and packaging intact

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing issue will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return period and under the same new-condition requirements as returns.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email our support team at info@modelune.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a downloadable return label. Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and send it back to us via post.

Cost of Returns

We want your shopping experience to be effortless Mode Lune covers all return shipping costs.
No return or exchange fees, and no restocking charges.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method in GBP (£).
If your original payment was made in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which are outside our control.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
